Programme Details


This programme aims to develop your culinary skills for personal or employability purposes.


6 months (1 session with 2 recipes per week), 92 hrs coaching in “Pastry with Cake Decorations”

Training Package

  • The course includes theory and practical sessions for beginners.
  • Including:  recipes and notes, a Chef coat, an apron and a cap.
  • It culminates with an assessment and presentation of certificates.
  • All ingredients are provided by the institution and the student bring back home her own preparations.
  • Usage of baking equipment and tools
