This programme aims to develop your culinary skills for personal or employability purposes.
6 months (1 session with 2 recipes per week), 92 hrs coaching in “Pastry with Cake Decorations”
- The course includes theory and practical sessions for beginners.
- Including: recipes and notes, a Chef coat, an apron and a cap.
- It culminates with an assessment and presentation of certificates.
- All ingredients are provided by the institution and the student bring back home her own preparations.

Apart from the main course modules, different techniques are exposed to the trainees. Some of them are:
- La crème patissière
- Pate à sucre
- La crème diplomate
- Filling for Quiches, Pizza, etc..
- La crème prise salée et sucrée
- La crème Bavaroise
- Butter Cream
- Cake Decorations
