WELCOME TO CUISINELLE CULINARY INSTITUTION
Founded in year 2008, the Cuisinelle Culinary Training Institution is duly registered under the Mauritius Qualifications Authority. Through the various registered programmes designed to meet the Quality Assurance Frameworks, the training professionals provide students with practical and hands-on experience to ensure optimal skill enhancement.

Getting your own life-time recipe
This programme aims to develop your culinary skills for personal or employability purposes.
6 months (1 session with 2 recipes per week), 92 hrs coaching in “Pastry with Cake Decorations”
- The course includes theory and practical sessions for beginners. The detailed programme is available at our office.
- Including: recipes and notes, a Chef coat, an apron and a cap
- It culminates with an assessment and presentation of certificates.
- All ingredients are provided by the institution and the student bring back home her own preparations.
- Usage of baking equipment and tools.

Apart from the main course modules, different techniques are exposed to the trainees. Some of them are:
